So let me tell you a bit about what I do and what you can expect from me on the day
When it comes to wedding photography, I believe the better images come from the most relaxed of people.
If you guys feel comfortable you’ll perform naturally in front of the camera without even realising and in turn beautiful imagery is captured - by the end of your wedding day I most often feel like I’ve gained a pair of best mates.
So the way I work is, I stay as in-the-background as possible on your wedding day.
The day is about you, and nobody else. I won’t be too obtrusive unless absolutely necessary and I won’t steal you away for hours worth of group shots.
When it comes to photographing you two as a newly married couple, we will go for a wander around the beautiful grounds of your venue for maybe 15-20 minutes.
This is usually a really lovely time for you both to just take a minute, enjoy each others company all whilst i’m snapping some of the most important pictures you’ll ever have taken.
When you book me to photograph your wedding, you’re booking more than just a photographer - I’ve laced up corset back dresses for brides on the morning of her big day, I attach the guys button holes to their suit jackets. I’ve given that little boost of confidence to the nervous bride and I’ve filled up Prosecco glasses when they’ve been empty and calmed down many a mother of the bride hehe.
But what I hope to bring to all my weddings is plenty of fun.
